- Arts, Culture and Heritage (Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF)) — supports quality arts and cultural experiences and builds local cultural capacity. Quick response grants of up to $1000 are available all year (while funds last), and major grants of up to $6000 are assessed in March and October. RADF can fund up to 65% of project costs and is a Queensland Government and Tablelands Regional Council partnership to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
- Event sponsorship — in-kind and cash support to eligible event organisers who deliver events in the TRC local government area that seek to create economic and social outcomes for the region.
The TRC Grant Program for 2025–26 has been fully expended in the categories below. The 2026–27 grant program will open in July.
- Community — up to $2000 for activities that contribute to an active, inclusive, connected and empowered community.
- Environment — up to $2000 for activities that contribute to a valued, managed and healthy environment.
- Youth Excellence — supports youth when representing the TRC Region in sporting, recreational, academic, arts and culture, or community leadership and/or ambassadorship activities.
