Youth Excellence Grants support eligible young people representing the TRC region in sporting, recreational, academic, arts and culture, or community leadership and/or ambassadorship activities.

Grants provide funding based on the level of representation:

Regional representation – up to $250.
State representation – up to $350.
National representation – up to $500.
International representation – up to $500.

Conditions

Applicants must be under 18 years of age, or 18 years of age and still enrolled in secondary education.
Funding is capped at $850 per eligible applicant per financial year.
Applicants must demonstrate selection through a competitive merit-based process.
Retrospective funding is not available.
