TRC Arts, Culture & Heritage Grants

Arts, Culture and Heritage Grants (Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF)) support quality arts and cultural experiences and build local cultural capacity. Quick response grants are assessed at any time, and major grants are assessed in March and October. Applications for projects starting after Monday 1 July will be accepted until Monday 25 March 2024.

The Regional Arts Development Fund is a Queensland Government and Tablelands Regional Council partnership to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.

We encourage applicants to contact our Arts Officer on 4089 2523 or to discuss their project and eligibility prior to submitting an application.

Eligible Activities

  • Professional skills development.
  • Cultural tourism development including public art.
  • Arts, cultural and heritage projects and events.
  • Preservation of significant heritage items including stories, sites and collections.
  • Specialist expertise to train, support, develop and/or produce arts and culture outcomes.
  • Workshops.
  • Engagement of youth, Indigenous or culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
  • Creative development of new work.
