Our Water and Wastewater Customer Service Standards provide information on how we will deliver water and waste services to our community and our performance targets.As a water service provider we must declare a service area such that any property owner within that declared area can reasonably expect to be able to connect to the service. Under the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008 we are required to develop and submit a Drinking Water Service Provider Annual Report to the Queensland Government in December each year. This report demonstrates the successful implementation of the approved plan.

Statewide Water Information Management (SWIM)

Each year we collate and supply large amounts of data on water and sewerage services to Queensland and Australian agencies as required under the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008 and advised by the Queensland Government.
