Access your library card on your phone! Search for and reserve items from our entire collection across all library locations. View your loans and reservations, and renew items. Discover new items, featured titles, and what others are reading. Use your phone’s camera to scan an ISBN of any book to see if it’s in our collection. You can also be logged in across multiple accounts and receive library notifications.
- Download the free Spydus Mobile app from your app store, for iOS (iPhone and iPad) or for Android.
- Open the app and enter your library card number and password.
- Select Login.
If you’re not a library member you can join via the app.

Libby
Download free ebooks, audiobooks and digital magazines with Libby.
Download the free Libby app from your device’s app store or select one of these links:
You can also visit the Libby (Overdrive) catalogue.
- Once you have downloaded Libby, open the app. It will ask if you have a library card. Select Yes.
- Select I’ll Search For A Library and search for Tablelands Regional Library Service. Select Sign In With My Library Card.
- The app will ask where you use your card. Select Tablelands Regional Library Service and then enter your library card number.

- Open the BorrowBox app and click Library to search for Tablelands Regional Library.
- Enter your library card number and your password (usually the first 5 letters of your name in lowercase).
- To finish creating your account, add your email address.

CloudLibrary Language Collection
Download free ebooks and audiobooks in 25 languages other the English.
- Download the free Cloud library app (Apple, Android and other devices). Open the app and select the language.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Select Australia, Queensland and Tablelands Regional Council language collection.
- Enter your library card number.

LinkedIn Learning
LinkedIn Learning for Library provides access to over 22,000 online courses in business, software, education, technology and creative skills. New courses are added regularly.
Use on your desktop or LinkedIn Learning for Library to learn on the go from your favourite device.

Once downloaded, open the LinkedIn Learning app and select Sign in. You will then need to select Sign in with your library card.
Enter tablelands as your Library ID, then select Continue.
Finally, enter your library card number and PIN and select Continue.

Ancestry
Start piecing together your family history and discover fascinating details about your ancestors’ lives with Ancestry Library Edition. Visit your local library branch to access Ancestry for free.

Findmypast
Build your family tree and discover your ancestors’ stories on the world’s best website for British and Irish family history research. Visit your local library to access Findmypast for free.

AustLit
AustLit is an authoritative database about Australian literature and storytelling, with biographical and bibliographical information, full text, exhibitions and rich online content. AustLit also includes access to BlackWords, the most comprehensive record of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander publications including writing, storytelling, biographical material, film and much more. Log in online to access the AustLit database.

AMES
AMES provides online English language courses for students and new migrants, which focus on living, studying, and working in Australia.
Library members can gain free access to the AMES World Wide English online course for beginner to intermediate levels. In addition, there is free access to their Living in Australia English online course for students beginning to learn the language. Visit the AMES website and enter your library card number to get started.

State Library of Queensland
State Library provides access to a large range of databases that contain journal articles, newspapers, company and industry data, music scores, sound recordings, reference materials and more. To access some services you may need to create a free State Library of Queensland online membership.
