Approval of survey plan is dependant on compliance with the criteria outlined in Schedule 18 of the Planning Regulation 2017. You will be required to submit evidence and demonstrate compliance with these criteria:
- No outstanding fees, rates or charges on the land.
- Compliance with all conditions of the relevant development permit (decision notice).
- Survey plan is in accordance with the approved plans of the relevant development permit (decision notice).
The fees for survey plan approval are based on lots. You will receive an invoice in three working days and, once paid, your assessment will commence.
