Priors Creek Live is bringing the community together for a fun, family-friendly celebration you won’t want to miss!
Join us on Friday 10 July 4-8pm for the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony at Priors Creek Parklands, followed by vibrant night markets, delicious food and live music under the stars.
The excitement continues on Saturday 11 July 7am-1pm with a full morning of entertainment and activities for all ages. From 5pm family fun in the park continues with live entertainment, delicious food and an outdoor movie night.
There’s something for everyone — come along and discover everything the parklands have to offer! A full event program will be available soon.

It looks like being a bumper weekend for fantastic events taking place over the weekend of 10-12 July across the Tablelands.
Gillies Centenary — Friday 10–Sunday 12 July.
The Gillies Range Road is turning 100 years old. Travel back in time and enjoy the splendour of the Roaring Twenties in Yungaburra. The weekend program includes a heritage precinct display, concourse of vintage, veteran and club vehicles, band in Maude Kehoe Park, 1920s games, a kids zone and more. Come dressed in your favourite 1920’s fashion and enjoy the celebration of the era.
Iron & Steam Fair — Saturday 11 July
Australia’s yesteryear comes alive through the heritage machinery, steam power and classic vehicles at the Historic Village in Herberton.

Mareeba Rodeo & Agricultural Show — Friday 10–Saturday 11 July
Experience top-level rodeo competition, including bull riding, bronc riding, barrel racing and the State of Origin challenge, pitting state against state for annual bragging rights. The program also features craft, baking, floral, and horticulture exhibits, as well as educational displays.
