Building works assessable against the planning scheme applications do not involve a material change of use, but involve a building project that does not meet the standards required by the Planning Act 2016 or the TRC Planning Scheme 2016. These building works need to be assessed.
This application is not for lodgement of local government concurrence agency referrals pursuant to Schedule 9 of the Planning Regulation 2017. Lodgement of an application for referral agency response will be required if the proposed building works are referrable under the planning regulation.
