I authorise any third party (third party partner) authorised by TRC to use and reproduce the Images and Recordings in any Promotional Materials, for an unlimited period, for the positive promotion of TRC; 7. I undertake to hold TRC and any third party partner harmless against any claims arising from the use, publication or reproduction of Images and Recordings; 8.
