Projects of the Lions Club of Yungaburra Inc:
• Medical Aid Project – The Medical Aid Project medical aid program, which has proven to be an essential and valuable community service across the region and coast. Medical aid equipment provided includes hospital beds, wheelchairs, walking and bathroom aids for those who have undergone surgery or palliative care, so they can reside in their own home. The equipment is loaned to the community at no charge or time limit. Those who access this resource can choose to donate the ongoing service of the project.
• Fundraising – The Lions Club of Yungaburra Inc. has a food van and attends the Yungaburra Markets to sell food and drinks. The proceeds from this fundraising activity ensure the continuation of assistance to the local community and the medical aid project. The van is also taken to other events to which the club has been invited, as a fundraising activity. All members are volunteers and give their time in this activity to be of service to the community.

The club co-hosts the annual Yungaburra Christmas Concert held each December. First hosted by the Lions Club of Yungaburra Inc for over thirty years. In 2022, the Lions Club combined with the Yungaburra Beautification Committee to hold the event at the new Yungaburra Rotunda. This event is for the whole Yungaburra community with a focus on families coming together to celebrate Christmas and enjoy an evening of singing, food, entertainment, and giving back to an amazing community.
The Inaugural Yungaburra Heritage Tractor and Machinery Day, organized by the Lions Club of Yungaburra Inc., highlights the history of agricultural machinery and innovation on the Atherton Tablelands.
