Weighbridge Tender
Tender T-TRC2023-07 for the construction of a weighbridge at Innot Hot Springs Waste Transfer Station was awarded to Richard Field Construction Pty Ltd for $1,062,413 including GST. The motion for the tender from the Thursday 24 August ordinary Council meeting was rescinded.

Atherton Private Hospital and Health Precinct
A development permit was approved to subdivide Lot 2 on NR7968, situated at 42 Mabel Street, Atherton to create a 4000m² lot in the south-western corner of the site. Preliminary approval was given to vary the Atherton Local Plan to establish use rights for a private hospital and health precinct on this 4000m² lot.
Reconfiguring A Lot — Walkamin
Approval was given to reconfigure one lot into seven residential lots on Lot 5 on RP725743 at 1–17 Coral Street, Walkamin, subject to conditions.
Priors Creek Development
A final detailed design for the Priors Creek Development in Atherton was approved. Authority was delegated to the Chief Executive Officer to issue tender documentation for the first stage of construction — this includes civil and electrical works, street lighting, landscaping, shelters, urban plaza, stage, and amphitheatre.
Manthey Road
The Chief Executive Officer will liaise with the Department of Transport and Main Roads to investigate the possibility of left in/left out only at the intersection of Manthey Road, Tolga with the Kennedy Highway as a temporary measure until the road closure can be facilitated.
