Stall Requirements
Tables and chairs can be supplied at no cost and table dimensions are approximately 736(w) x 736(h) x 1835(l)mm. Other equipment, including extension leads and powerboards, are the exhibitor’s responsibility.
Bump-In & Out
Bump-in will be 3–5pm Monday 23 October and 8-9am Tuesday 24 October. Exhibitors must be set up by 9.30am Tuesday 24 October and not begin bumping-out before 12noon.
Demonstrations
Demonstrations will take place on the upper hall from the stage.
Insurance
Exhibitors and demonstrators are responsible for their own insurances and expo organisers accept no responsibility for failure to hold adequate insurance for this event. You must provide a copy of your certificate of currency for public liability with Tablelands Regional Council noted as an interested party with your expression of interest.
