Stall Requirements
A 3x3m gazebo can be supplied if needed (limited numbers). All other equipment including tables and chairs, extension leads and powerboards are the exhibitors’ responsibility.
Bump-In & Out
Bump-in 2.00–4.00pm Friday 6 September and 7.00–8.30am Saturday 7 September. Stands must be fully set up by 9.00am on Saturday 7 September. No bumping out before 3.00pm Saturday 7 September. If we are supplying a gazebo it will be set up for you and ready for your display.
Insurance
Exhibitors and demonstrators are responsible for their own insurances and expo organisers accept no responsibility for failure to hold adequate insurance for this event. You must provide a copy of your certificate of currency for public liability with Tablelands Regional Council noted as an interested party with your expression of interest.
