Join our free Community Grant Writing Workshops. These workshops are designed to support community groups, not-for-profit organisations, volunteer networks, and local leaders in accessing funding opportunities that strengthen disaster preparedness, recovery, and long-term community resilience.
The workshops are delivered face-to-face by experienced facilitators and provide practical guidance on identifying appropriate grants, understanding funding requirements, developing strong project proposals, and preparing realistic budgets and acquittals.
Participants will gain the skills and confidence needed to secure funding for projects that enhance community resilience, reduce disaster risk, support recovery efforts and improve the capacity of local communities to respond to future disaster events.
These workshops are jointly funded by the Australian Government and the Queensland Government under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
