Tablelands Regional Council is offering free accredited First Aid and CPR training for residents within the Tablelands Regional Council Local Government Area. Priority will be given to Community Disaster Teams and those willing to support their community in a crisis and/or disaster situation by providing First Aid and/or CPR.
Training will be delivered face-to-face by qualified and accredited First Aid trainers, with participants receiving nationally recognised certification, First Aid Certificate (valid for three years).
Participants will require their Unique Student Identifier (USI) number to register. If you have forgotten your USI or are yet to create one, visit the Australian Government USI site.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided. Places are limited and registrations are essential.
Sessions will be held on the following dates:
• 9am-4pm Saturday 6 June — Ravenshoe Mountain Institute, 24 Moore Street, Ravenshoe
Please register by Monday 25 May for the June session.
• 9am-4pm Saturday 4 July — Coordination Centre, 15 Vernon Street, Atherton
Please register by Monday 22 June for the July session.
