Millstream Tourist Park

A material change of use was approved for a tourist park (accommodating 100 people across 48 sites) and function facility at Lot 13 Kennedy Highway, Millstream, subject to conditions.

Tolga Short-Term Accommodation Amended Approval

A request for a negotiated decision notice was approved for a 22-bedroom short-term accommodation development at 61–63 Main Street, Tolga. The amendments to the conditions of the approval related to onsite parking, access for rubbish collection, awning, sewerage, screening and landscaping, and privacy and amenity.

Industrial Subdivision At Tolga

A development permit for reconfiguring a lot for 11 new industrial lots was approved for Lot 901 Kennedy Highway, Atherton, subject to conditions

Meetings

An additional Planning Committee meeting will be held on Thursday 7 September 2023 and the regular Planning Committee meeting will be moved to Wednesday 13 September 2023.
