Arts & Culture Social Media Workshops

UPDATE TO DATES.

Arts and culture workers and event organisers are invited to participate in free two-day social media workshops.

‘This is a great opportunity for people working in the arts, culture, heritage and events space to learn new skills and expand on their existing ones,’ said Deputy Mayor Kev Cardew.

‘The two-day courses are comprehensive and cover the basics, content creation, trends, marketing, advertising, analytics, influencers and crisis and comment management.

‘Participants must attend both days, and organisations may send up to two representatives.

‘Places are limited so ensure you book to secure your place,’ said Deputy Mayor Cardew.

There will be two workshops:

10am–2pm Saturdays 3 and 17 February
Old Post Office Gallery, Atherton

10am–2pm Saturdays 4 and 18 May
Mountain Institute, Ravenshoe
