Our Water and Wastewater Customer Service Standards provide information on how we will deliver water and waste services to our community and our performance targets.
As a water service provider we must declare a service area such that any property owner within that declared area can reasonably expect to be able to connect to the service. See our declared service areas (from page 154).
Under the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008 we are required to develop, and submit a Drinking Water Quality Management Plan Annual Report to the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy in December each year. This report demonstrates the successful implementation of the approved plan.
