DESCRIPTION:Atherton Tableland Mineral and Lapidary Club hosts the annual Gem Festival attracting stallholders and the public from all over Queensland. If you are a rock hound interested in everything Lapidary\, gems\, minerals\, rocks and all the crafts that are made from these\, then this festival is for you. The club also showcases everything that their volunteer members teach eg faceting\, silversmithing\, cabochons\, gem tree making\, wire wrapping\, silver casting and more.
