Tree Plantings on the Atherton Tablelands Rail Trail

Tree planting along the Rail Trail was approved between Grove Street, Atherton and Manthey Road, Tolga; and between Beantree Road, Tolga and the northern end of the Tolga Scrub. Tree planting between Manthey Road and Beantree Road, Tolga was suspended until a detailed plan is developed.

Material Change of Use — Veterinary Services

Approval was given for a development permit for a material change of use for veterinary services at 114–122 Herberton Road, Atherton, subject to conditions.

Change of Development Approval — Tolga Hotel

Minor changes and clarifications were made to the conditions of the approved development application for a food and drink outlet at 69 Main Street and Kennedy Highway, Tolga. The changes relate to the pedestrian awning, footpath surface, noise and fencing.
