Budget Review

The first budget review for 2025–26 delivered an increase in capital expenditure of $9.9M, with the largest contributors being the disaster recovery-funded roads projects, Isabella Street East / Turpin Drive to Kennedy Highway connection, and the finalisation of carryover projects from 2024–25.

Capital revenue increased by $7.9M largely driven by the disaster recovery-funded roads projects, with funding agreements finalised in the past month, and funding received for four Residential Activation Fund projects. A further $2.3M is anticipated to be received from developer contributions and invested into critical trunk infrastructure to support growth.

Tender

Tender T-TRC2023-23 for the replacement of a bridge on Wooroora Road, Millstream was awarded to Lift Tek Pty Ltd for $291,935.04 including GST.
