Stall Requirements

One table and two chairs can be supplied at no cost. Table dimensions are approximately 736(w) x 736(h) x 1835(l)mm. Other equipment, including extension leads and powerboards, are the exhibitor’s responsibility. Each exhibitor is permitted one table per stall. Additional tables are not permitted unless the stall is formally combined with another registered exhibitor.

Bump-In & Out

Bump-in will be 2.30–4.30pm Friday 14 November and 7.00–8.30am Saturday 15 November. Exhibitors must be set up by 8.30am Saturday 15 November and not begin bumping-out before 3.00pm.

Insurance

Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurances and expo organisers accept no responsibility for failure to hold adequate insurance for this event. You must provide a copy of your certificate of currency for public liability with Tablelands Regional Council noted as an interested party with your expression of interest.

Queensland and Australian government departments are exempt from listing Tablelands Regional Council as an interested party but must provide a copy of the current certificate of currency with their expression of interest.
