Tablelands Regional Council is holding a free Living Well Expo for the community to discover, connect and thrive.

‘We’ll celebrate health, community and connection through this family-friendly event with community support services, activities and experiences to support health and wellbeing,’ said Mayor Rod Marti.

‘If you’re looking to join a club, volunteer or meet new friends then this inclusive event for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities is just for you.

‘Watch a demonstration, speak to the exhibitors, join in the activities, and so much more.

‘You’ll learn from the experts on how to live well including service information, advanced care planning, health services and providers, youth engagement, volunteering and recreation organisations,’ Mayor Marti said.

The free Living Well Expo will be at 9am–3pm Saturday 15 November in Merriland Hall, Atherton Showground.
