Future of Community Buildings

Tablelands Regional Council is asking the community to provide input into the future of the community buildings in the region.

‘We can’t continue to manage and maintain these 283 community assets, many of which sit idle, are infrequently used, don’t meet need and are nearing the end of their useable life,’ said Mayor Rod Marti.

‘It’s just not sustainable and we need to ensure ratepayers’ money is used efficiently and with accountability to benefit the community now and into the future.

We’re asking you to rank five attributes in their order of importance so we can prioritise the maintenance, upgrades and future of these facilities.

‘It’s a really short survey that will take only about a minute to complete.
