The first 2026 Sunday in the Park concert, hosted by the Yungaburra Community Rotunda, will welcome one of the region’s much-loved musical groups — the United Tableland Pipe Band.
Well known across the Tablelands and Far North Queensland, the United Tableland Pipe Band is a familiar presence at ANZAC Day, VP Day, and community commemorations, as well as local shows, rodeos, and street marches.
Audiences can expect a stirring program of traditional pipe music, with the occasional international tune or bagpipe interpretation of well-known songs — a powerful and uplifting musical experience in a relaxed outdoor setting.
