The Sunset Stories event is a walk through the Herberton Cemetery, featuring the lives and deaths of people from the past, young and old, who lie at rest there, their stories eloquently told by a cast of local actors, dressed in full costume to bring to life fragments of their often tragic, interesting and sometimes amusing life experiences in the voices of the living. Their stories give a picture of a time when Herberton was being forged by tough people in hard times.
Food and refreshments, burgers and sausage sizzle, are available for purchase prior to the start of the event. Complimentary tea & coffee.
