John Smith, Malanda Chamber of Commerce, etc.Terms & Conditions1. warrant that I am the creator of, and currently own the intellectual property rights in the video, music, images ('Images and Recordings') provided to Tablelands Regional Council. 2. grant a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to TRC, its employees, officers, agents and contractors ('TRC') to: use, publish, copy, alter, amend, modify, reproduce, disseminate and sublicense to any contractors that are providing services on behalf of TRC, the Images and Recordings in any form (in whole or part) and by any medium, including but not limited to newspapers, magazines, brochures, television advertisements, promotional videos, websites, the internet (including third party sites, such as social media e.g. Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo etc.), CD-ROM or other multimedia, for public relations, promotions, commercial and advertising purposes ('Promotional Materials'); and retain or store the Images and Recordings (including those incorporated into Promotional Materials), in hard copy or digitally, including but not limited to, deposit of the Images and Recordings into the TRC Multimedia Library; 3. agree that I will not receive any payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing), royalty or other consideration (whether monetary or otherwise) from TRC in connection with the making, use or storage of the Images and Recordings; 4. in respect of my moral rights in the Images and Recordings agree: TRC will use its reasonable endeavours to attribute me as the creator of the Images and Recordings; and TRC may undertake the following types of acts or omissions in relation to the Images and Recordings: the alteration, amendment, deletion or modification of the Images and Recordings; and any dealing with, or changes to, the Images and Recordings, which might otherwise constitute an infringement of my moral rights; 5. acknowledge and consent to TRC collecting, handling, accessing, amending, managing, transferring, using and disclosing personal information about me in connection with the Images and Recordings; 6. authorise any third party (third party partner) authorised by TRC to use and reproduce the Images and Recordings in any Promotional Materials, for an unlimited period, for the positive promotion of the TRC region;
