Also funded were the Atherton State High School ($171 for the delivery and collection of a red carpet for the end-of-year school formal) and Ozcare Aged Care Facility (no charge for the provision of chairs and tables for a Christmas lunch) and Phil Peachey, on behalf of the Presbyterian worship group in Dimbulah ($18 for remittance of fees).

Cr Hodge also requested $2,000 be provided to the Atherton Mountaineers Aussi Masters Swim Club towards remittance of fees, and this was agreed to by a majority of Councillors.
Council also agreed to review the TRC Financial and In Kind Support Policy early in 2014, including giving consideration as to whether major projects should be funded. The current funding limit is $2,000.
Priority would be given to projects where the community organisation making application was planning to use Council's donation to leverage other grants.
