2009 Regional Postcard Survey

From 15 August to 12 October 2009, 646 residents responded to a survey which captured the community's broad values, concerns and aspirations for the future of the Tablelands region over the next 20 years.

This feedback will assist with the strategic directions of both the draft planning scheme, the draft Community Plan and other Council planning processes. It also  gathered the views of the community on how best to manage population growth, in order to inform the suite of policies that will be developed in the new planning scheme to manage land use and development.
