Local Laws

Most Local Laws are still specific to the areas previously under the control of Atherton, Eacham, Herberton and Mareeba Shire Councils.  They will remain in place until they can be aligned to form Local Laws for the Tablelands Region.

The Department of Infrastucture and Planning maintain a database of all current Local Laws.
