Library membership is free for permanent residents of the Tablelands region.

Becoming a member is easy - simply fill out a membership form at a library and provide two forms of identification with a local residential address.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian will need to sign for you.

If you are not a permanent resident you may join as a visitor member. A small yearly fee will be charged.
 

Application forms for downloading and completing. Please take completed forms to the library where you will be registered as a borrower and receive a membership card.
